Tara provides a range of support options for parents, ranging from individual consultations to more extended therapeutic approaches. Whether you already have a clear idea of your preferences or would like guidance in deciding the most effective way forward for yourself and your family, Tara is here to help. In your initial consultation, a collaborative decision will be made to determine the most appropriate way forward to suit your own needs.

Parent Counselling

A collaborative process helping

Filial Play Coaching

A play-based approach teaching parents to conduct non-directive play sessions with their child to strengthen the parent-child relationship.

Therapeutic Parenting Support

For children who have experienced early trauma, this approach focuses on providing feelings of safety and connectedness.
